How does the 30-day free trial work?
If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up you won't be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds cannot be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don't prorate for partial months. Each company is eligible for a free trial only once.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yep. Simply click on the "Account" tab on your dashboard and you'll see your options.
Are there per-trip fees?
No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. Every AvidTrips plan includes unlimited trips, departure dates and spots. 100 trips or 10 trips, 5-departure dates or just 5, the prices listed above are the same for everyone.
How do I qualify?
Not every operator qualifies to be on AvidTrips. We would like to bring the most amazing experiences from the best local tour operators in the world. You need to pass our 5 step-checklist before you can become a member of this exclusive network and take advantage of its benefits.
How does the $100 off from Adventure Travel Trade Association work?
Once you become a paying member, you will get $100 off a new membership if you provide your account number to ATTA sales office. This offer is valid only for new memberships. You can read more about ATTA and its benefits here. Once you become a member of ATTA, we will also add their badge on your company profile page.
How do I upload my trips?
We offer a user-friendly system for effective management of your trips which includes a dashboard that allows you to quickly upload your trip itineraries and photos as well as several pricing options. Your trips will go through a quick Quality Assurance check to ensure maximum exposure for you and positive appeal for adventurers.
How do I get paid?
We can transfer the funds to you via ACH or Paypal. Just let us know.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
