No specialized gear is required for this adventure.

The following gives you a general idea of the personal items to bring on the tour in Tibet. The personal items are of individual interest and choice. The most important fact he/she must consider is the time of the year, region and altitude.

In a supported tour, heavy items are carried by Trucks and personal belongings of the clients that they may need for the day like money, water bottle, rain gear, camera, sun cream and toilet paper etc. should be carried by you. So you are briefed to pack items in two different bags.

• Duffel or Rucksack bag (Ace the Himalaya will supply duffel/kit bag which needs to be returned at completion of the tour, you can leave your bag at hotel in Kathmandu and refill your person stuffs after the tour to take home with you, so your personal bag are also required)

• 4 seasons Sleeping bag (Your own sleeping bag is recommended but Ace the Himalaya supply sleeping bags if needed)
• Walking pants
