Sleeping Bag
In a supported trek, heavy items are carried by porters and donkeys during the trek while personal belongings of the trekkers, that they may need for the day like money, water bottle, rain gear, camera, sun cream and toilet paper etc. should be carried by you. You are encouraged to pack items in two different bags.
Recommended Equipment list for Langtang Valley Trek Nepal.
• Duffel or Rucksack bag (Ace the Himalaya will supply water and wind proof down jacket, duffel/kit bag and sleeping bag, which needs to be returned at completion of the trek, you can leave your bag at hotel in Kathmandu and refill your person stuffs after the trek to take home with you, so your personal bag are also required)
• Daypack
• Down Jacket (Your own down jacket is recommended but Ace the Himalaya also supply complimentary down jacket to use during the trek)
• 4 seasons sleeping bag (Your own sleeping bag is recommended but Ace the Himalaya also supply complimentary sleeping bags to use during the trek)
• Hiking pants
• Waterproof jacket

This list is only a guide. While we suggest you bring everything on this list, there are numerous options, brands, and versions of each piece of equipment, use your experience and the listed features to find the best gear for you. Some of the above equipments can be easily find in stores around Kathmandu for a much cheaper price.
Please note: tight fitting, figure-hugging clothing, such as those made with Lycra can often be offensive to locals, especially on women. If you find these items comfortable as a base layer then please pack something to wear over the top of them.
