What better way to explore the wonders of the Cape than on this week long eco-active adventure! Cape Town is our starting point, and we begin with an exploration of the Cape Floral Kingdom, the smallest but most diverse of the world's floral kingdoms, at the world-famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. This is combined with a guided walk up the iconic Table Mountain with superlative vistas over the Atlantic Ocean and city bowl!
We explore the length and breadth of the spectacular Cape peninsula, flanked on either side by shimmering blue sea. Enjoy a guided bike ride over the simply stunning Chapman's Peak Mountain Pass, sandwiched between the azure Atlantic Ocean and towering craggy cliffs! Look out for whales and dolphins in season (July-November) and play with the penguins at the Boulders Beach Colony. The Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve is home to the towering headland of Cape Point and the perfect place for an invigorating cycle, with the chance to spot an array of wildlife along the way, while we also explore the untouched beaches of Kommetjie and Noordhoek with their endless stretches of white sand.

The Constantia Wine Valley is home to the country's oldest estates and well worth a visit, not just for the sensational wines but also the grand old Cape Dutch buildings. We continue the wine adventure by visiting Franschhoek (French corner). This is the self-styled gastronomic capital of the country with some award winning restaurants serving sumptuous cuisine and an array of vintages to please even the most discerning wine connoisseur. Last stop is Stellenbosch, second oldest town in the country with its famous wine estates, off-road biking in the Jonkershoek Reserve and wonderful oak-lined avenues. Accommodation is five-star and the wining and dining is out of this world!
