DAY 1: Arrive at Kathmandu airport (1345meters)
You will be met by our airport representative and transferred to your hotel where you will be staying for the next few nights.

DAY 2: Pre-trip Meeting and Sightseeing around Kathmandu
We have breakfast at 9 a.m., followed by a pre-trip meeting at your hotel, introducing you to your climbing leader/guide. This will be the opportunity for individuals to ask questions about the trip and introduce you to other participants. PLEASE ADVISE US IF YOU WILL BE ARRIVING LATE AND ARE THEREFORE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE PRE-TRIP MEETING. In THE PRE-TRIP MEETING All passengers MUST bring: 1. Passport. 2. Four copies of Passport size photos each. 3. Travel Insurance Policy. 4. A writing pen 5. Notepad. After the pre-trip meeting and breakfast, we head out on a sightseeing tour around Kathmandu Valley. We provide a private vehicle and professional tour guide. We visit Bodhnath Stupa, one of the biggest Buddhist shrines in the world, where we observe Buddhist monks in prayer in the monasteries surrounding the stupa. After Bodhnath Stupa we visit Pashupatinath, the most famous Hindu temple in the country, located on the banks of the holy Bagmati River. Here we see Hindu holy men (sadhus) meditating, pilgrims bathing and occasionally funeral pyres burning on the ghats. We also visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square, which is a collection of pagoda and shikhara style temples grouped around a fifty-five window palace of brick and wood. You will have a chance to see all of the attractions of the Bhaktapur Durbar Square, including The Lion Gate, The Golden Gate, The Palace of Fifty-five Windows, art galleries, and The Statue of King Bhupatindra Malla. The rest of our time in Kathmandu is free for further exploration and some last-minute shopping in Thamel area, close to your hotel. Later, we are supplied with our trek pack and information for tomorrow activities.

DAY 3: Fly from Kathmandu to Lhasa (3660 meters)
You will be met at Gonggar Airport by your Tibetan guide. After immigration formalities, we will take an hour and a half drive to Lhasa (3660m). Due to the altitude, we will take the remainder of the day to rest and get acclimated. We will overnight here at a hotel.

DAY 4: Guided city tours in Lhasa
Our tour staff will arrive at your hotel, bright and early, to pick you up and head to the beautiful valley of Pokhara. Set on the banks of the Phewa Lake, Pokhara shares a panoramic view of Annapurna, Machapuchare (shape of fish tail) to the North, Dhaulagiri to the West, Lamjung Himal and Manaslu to the East. The perfect starting point for our trek, Pokhara provides a smaller and much less hectic atmosphere than Kathmandu. We overnight here at a hotel.

DAY 5: Guided City tour around Potala Palace
Today you get more acquainted with the mystiques of Lhasa. After breakfast, you will set off to view majestic Potala Palace, towering above city. Here you will see unique, pristine and an overwhelming array of intricate Tibetan murals, temples, stupas, and the tombs of eight past Dalai Lamas. The Tibetan culture is around every corner. After lunch, you will visit beautifully landscaped Drepung Monastery. Here you will be able to quietly observe nuns and monks chanting and performing holy discourses. After this religious journey, you will return to your hotel for a delicious meal and a well-earned nights sleep.

DAY 6: Fly to Kathmandu from Lhasa
Today we head back to Gongar Airport for our return flight to Kathmandu. We overnight here at a hotel. If you are interested in continuing on to another adventure, we might suggest Chitwan Jungle Safari, River Rafting Adventure, Kathmandu Shopping Tour or Scenic Everest Flight.

DAY 7: Transfer for your final flight departure
Our airport representative will drop you off at the Kathmandu International Airport for your flight departure from Nepal.
