DAY 1: Arrive in Siem Reap
Morning arrival in Siem Reap. You are welcomed by your guide and driven to your hotel. Visit of Siem Reap’s town (Psaar Leu market, Wat Bo pagoda, …) and discovering of some stone carving from Les Artisans d’Angkor and Les Senteursd’Angkor.

DAY 2: Siem Reap - Bantey Srei - Phnom Kulen (the Pagoda)
Departure to the countryside to visit Bantey Srei, the Citadel of the woman, a beautiful Khmer edifice from the 10th century. We continue to reach the Phnom Kulen mountain that we climb by the pilgrims’ way to reach its summit. Lunch and swimming at the waterfall. In the afternoon, we walk through the forest and villages. Night spent in a traditional house or at the pagoda on top of the mountain (350 m).

DAY 3: Exploration of the natural wonders
Early in the morning we plunge into a colorful surrounding such as a high grass meadow, limestone clearing and deep jungle, to discover the exceptional site of Srah Dumrei. This huge monolithic sandstone hidden in the deep jungle is dated the 10th century and represents elephants and lions. By vehicle, we leave the top of the mountain to discover the temple of Beng Mealea, lost temple in the jungle. Explore this temple, walk around the trenches of the site to discover the village of Beng Mealea. Night spent in the village with the natives.

DAY 4: Exploring the great lake of Tonle Sap
On a wooden boat, we explore the Tonle Sap, Great Lake of Cambodia, discovering the fishing techniques and the life on the lake (fishponds, private crocodile farming). Every year, the water level of the Great Lake varies from 4 to 8 m, overflowing the lands and forests in this region (from August to January). According to the season, we will discover the inundated forests with dug-out canoe or, when the water level is low, we will discover the floating villages and going up-stream the Sangker river. Cruise back to Siem Reap. Hotel in Siem Reap. The program of this day can be adapted according to the hydrologic conditions.

DAY 5: the temples of Angkor Wat
By tuktuk, we start the visit of Angkor Wat's main temples, on both small and great circuits. Dinner show with Apsara dance at Angkor Village Theater. Hotel in Siem Reap.

DAY 6: Siem Reap - Angkor (Hotel)
We continue our exploration of the main temples of Angkor Wat. Avoiding the main road, we take a little stroll by bicycle across the forest of Angkor, on unpaved roads, to join the temples (easy biking ride). In the evening, you can relax with one hour of aromatherapy massage at Frangipani Spa. Hotel in Siem Reap.
