1I already have a website. Why do I need to post my trips on AvidTrips?
Posting your trips on AvidTrips allows you to promote your trips to a large audience of hard adventure travelers.AvidTrips presents a complete view of your trips, including an overview, itinerary, photos, packing lists and more. We present your trips in our search product as well as in context with related content. We give you the flexibility to customize your trip profile pages while we make each trip easily searchable, sortable and comparable so travelers can find and book your trips easily. We are not just another distribution channel, but a business partner for you making the billing and processing easier so you can focus on what you do best - run your trips.

2Do I need a website to post my trips on AvidTrips?
No, a website is not needed! You can use our trip profile page to tell travelers all of the relevant information about your trips. You can also use our Operator Dashboard to manage your trips, communicate with travelers, and review analytics to see how your trips are performing compared to your competitors.

3How much will it cost me to post my trips onto AvidTrips?
AvidTrips is currently in beta and it is not charging any listing fees. You can currently post as many trips as you like for free. You only pay a fee when a traveler books a trip on AvidTrips.

4Can I check to see how my listing is performing?
Yes, with AvidTrips Operator Dashboard, you have access to key account information including how many people booked your trips, how many customers inquired about your trips, and how your trips are performing compared to other trips in the same destination or category. Simply go to Operator Dashboard to review performance statistics after you have signed up.

5How do I know that reviews on my profile pages are legitimate?
AvidTrips only allows customers who booked a trip on our website to post a review about that trip. We provide authentic reviews for travelers to make informed choices.

6How can I add more trips onto AvidTrips?
You can log into your Operator Dashboard and add new inventory at anytime. You can also change the number of seats, prices, and content as you like.

7When do I get the information on the travelers who booked a trip?
AvidTrips requests a comprehensive booking form to be filled out at the time of the booking. Once the booking is made, we send you the traveler’s information such as name, contact information and preferences such as a single or a twin room arrangement. We also provide activity specific information. For example, for riding trips, we provide our tour operators with a travelers’ weight and height information.

8What happens if a traveler cancels a trip?
AvidTrips honors each operator's cancellation policy. Based on your terms, we will refund the customer after taking out any cancellation fees and penalties requested by you at the time of the purchase. For cancelled transactions, AvidTrips will not be getting any commission on the sale.

9How can I let my customers know I joined the AvidTrips network?
By putting a AvidTrips badge on your website, you can let your customers know that you are listed on AvidTrips or encourage them to submit a review. 10How long after I sign up for AvidTrips will my trips go live?
Please allow 24-48 hours for your trips to go live on AvidTrips after all the paperwork is completed. You will then have the ability to customize your page using our Operator Dashboard.

11How do I receive the money from a booked trip?
AvidTrips will process the payment on the site and transfer the money to you prior to the date of the trip as agreed in the terms and conditions.
